Adaptive Causal Workforce Intelligence System

ACWIS

I am developing ACWIS to support workforce planning in the United States health sector. It starts with a practical question: how can health systems anticipate staffing needs and make better decisions about training, recruitment, retention, and service capacity?

The project brings together workforce and care-demand data, forecasting, and causal analysis. My aim is to help planners compare policy options, understand their likely effects, and allocate resources with a clearer view of local needs and uncertainty.

The U.S. health sector is the primary focus. Over time, I hope to adapt the approach to health systems in data-scarce economies, with local knowledge and validation guiding each application. ACWIS remains a project in development.

Research and analytics

Meso Insights

Meso Insights is my research and analytics initiative, focused on helping organizations make sound decisions from complex data. It brings together economic research, business intelligence, and quantitative analysis to answer practical business and policy questions.

The work begins with defining the decision, assessing the available evidence, and choosing methods suited to the problem. Through reproducible analysis, clear visual reporting, and thoughtful interpretation, the aim is to give decision-makers findings they can understand, evaluate, and use.
